Prices are per day/ for 2 persons in apartment type A and for 4 persons in apartment type B for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
A surcharge of 15% is applied for shorter stays.
You are welcome to book the apartment category, but we ask for your understanding that the apartment number cannot be reserved bindingly.
• From 0 - 13 years: €18,00/night.
• For each additional person from 14 years: €25,00/night.

Final cleaning: from € 60,00 to € 110,00
• Dogs only on request: € 15,00/stay
• Use of the sauna only in the winter season (december – march): € 10,00/person, for a weekly stay 2x for free
• From 01.01.24 the tourist tax is of €3,00 per person/day from 14 years.
• Info: The house is for non-smokers, as a sign of respect for our guests, young and old. So please smoke outside!
• Check-in/check-out: On the day of your arrival the apartments are available only from noon on. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Payment methods: Payment can be made on the spot in cash, by check, bank transfer, credit or bankomat payment.
The deposit is 200,00€ - for a bank transfer please specify the designation deposit.

•You will receive the Mobilcard "Ferienregion Seiser Alm Live" free of charge from us, with which you can use all public transport of the South Tyrolean transport network* free of charge.
*This includes the regional trains in South Tyrol (Brennero - Trento, Malles - San Candido), the local buses (city, intercity and city buses), the cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran, the Ritten tramway, the funicular up the Mendel and the PostAuto Schweiz between Malles and Müstair.
•Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation from 29 until 8 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
- Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
- In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not used.
•Cancellation due to Covid-19:
In case it is absolutely impossible for the guest to undertake the journey, we will search for a consensual solution.
